Newborn Photography | Kansas City, KS
Newborn sessions are best scheduled within the first 21 days after birth. This is when babies are sleepiest, which means we get sweet footage and those snuggly babies are easily posed.
Newborn photography sessions last approximately 1–3 hours. I have them last that long to allow for plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes.
All Newborn Photography sessions take place in the studio. My studio sessions are calm, warm, and fully styled so you can relax and simply enjoy the experience.
Studio Newborn Sessions Include:
- Fully styled setup
- Props, wraps, hats, and headbands provided
- A customization questionnaire so I understand your preferences
- A relaxed, stress-free environment
If you prefer something more natural and intimate, lifestyle newborn sessions take place in your home using your own surroundings and meaningful spaces. These sessions are less posed and more focused on connection.
As your Kansas City newborn photographer, my job is not just to photograph your baby — it’s to create heirloom artwork for your family.
Investment & Booking Information
All pricing is all-inclusive. What you see listed is exactly what is included.
You can choose what best fits your needs and your budget. Whether that’s a handful of digital images, enough images to design an album, or digital images to accompany beautiful printed artwork.
Retainer to book: $150 (non-refundable)
Signed contract required
Remaining balance due the day of your session
Payment options available upon request
Your session is officially reserved once your contract is signed and retainer is paid.
What to Expect From Your Newborn Session
Sessions take place Monday–Friday.
Newborn sessions begin at 9:00am.
Outdoor sessions are scheduled during golden hour (30–45 minutes before sunset).
My goal is always the same for each family. I want to provide a relaxed, enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Within 2 business days after your session, you will receive a proofing gallery. Once you select your images, they will be fully edited and delivered in a final online gallery for download.
Professional prints, canvases, and albums are available upon request.
