Yay! You are officially booked for a session with Jessica Bridgewater Photography! We are so excited! Here is how things will go from here.
Once you deliver your baby, please contact us within 48 hours to schedule your actual session. You will be emailed back with a day and time for your session. Just so you have an idea, all sessions are done within 21 days of birth on a weekday generally with a start time of 9:00am. Actual dates depend on my availability, We are not able to adjust days and times based on school schedules or work schedules. This is not to be a pain, but to keep our schedules fair and constant among all our clients and because we love being able to spend time with our families too! Consistency is key 🙂
After you have confirmed your day and time you will receive a calendar invitation that will have the day and time of your session. This will also have a prep packet that you will need to read through and a questionnaire we will need you to fill out and send back. This is what we will use to set up for your actual session. The prep packet will contain a ton more information and will be sent out but feel free to preview that here.
During your session: Plan to be here for 1.5 hours for a swaddle session, 2-3 hours for a petite session, 3-4 hours for a premium session and 2 hours for a studio lifestyle session.Â
After your session please allow 4 business days for your proofing gallery to be delivered. Once you receive it you will then be prompted to select your favorite images. You have several images included in your package (10 in a swaddle session, 15 in a petite session, 30 in a premium session and 25 in a studio lifestyle) once you have selected your images please let me know. If you selected more than was included in your gallery you will be involved for the difference, $7 an image or $150 for all which ever is less! Remember you do have images included so choosing more is not required only optional! Non selected images are deleted once this part is done. I will email you another gallery with all your selected images with final edits, along with download directions and a print release. Final images are achieved after 30 days, if your images are not downloaded in that time there is a $25 fee to have them unarchived.Â
